Business Development Executive (Night Shift)
Job Summary :
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
- Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new clients.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Client Engagement :
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales & Revenue Growth :
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide client feedback and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Market Research :
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Identify potential areas for growth and new product opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
