Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of all the sales and note useful information
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Handle grievances to provide enhanced customer experience
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections under the guidance of Manager
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Direct high ticket prospects to the sales manager
- Create frequent reviews and reports with BD and financial data
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sale.
