C Ahead - Manager - Business Development (7-15 yrs)
Key Purpose
We, At C Ahead Technologies INC., are looking at Smart & Self- Driven Marketing professional at Southern African region.
This role will be responsible for customer interfacing and relationship building with C-Level contacts, crafting the proposal, pricing and ultimately the successful negotiations and deal completion with the customer. In short, you will own the vertical and opportunity from inception to deal close. Your mission is to strategically identify potential clients who regularly utilize contract and/or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services & specific IT services & solution opportunities.
Responsibilities & expectations (but not limited to):
- Awareness of exiting & emerging technologies & ability to instill confidence during client technical discussions from a professional services & solutions perspective.
- Work with management to define priority accounts, and engage with targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.
- Locate new business opportunities by deep interactions with prospects and clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, interact with key decision makers, build the relationship & follow up consistently.
- Ongoing account management, including client contact with all managerial levels to figure out a candidate's fit for the assignment and viability to support specific current and future client needs
- Identify project-based staffing needs at target companies as well as existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional service and results to both our business client and temporary associate, thus enhancing our market presence and reputation.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of business development, new client acquisitions, creating RFP- s, bidding new proposals and account management experience.
- Excellent communication & persuasive & presentation skills.
