What does a Social Media Marketing Associate do?
The position involves working closely with the growth marketing team and executing campaigns and strategies formulated to acquire teachers for using BYTE's Beta Product at launch.
The core objective :
The teachers must only be middle school math teachers in the United States who we would acquire and nurture until the Beta launch.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Market BYTE's Value Prop to Math Teachers in the US
- Maximise Teacher NPS on BYTE app / platform
- Conduct weekly sessions with Teachers to understand their sentiments about BYTE
- Explore the most popular and cost-effective channel for teacher supply management
- Create a Directory of Math Teachers in US
- Publish posts across open forums and member forums for Math teachers
Must-have skills :
- Previous experience of working in the education industry in a similar role, at least 2-3 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing, or equivalent
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Marketing and Growth focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, flexible disposition
- A thorough understanding of best practices in performance marketing
- Ability to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Should be capable of running promotional ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other ad/social media networks
- Should have worked on the complete cycle from lead generation across multiple channels to nurturing them and finally converting them with Product adoption
