Job description :
1. Provide administrative support for sales leadership
2. Internal communications- contract management, meeting arrangement, travel planning, budget and expense reconciliation, and sales event planning
3. Independently provide data analysis and support for leadership
4. Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action items being addressed in a timely manner.
Job requirement :
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator.
3. Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skill.
4.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Software, specialized in data analysis and reporting.
5. Ability to adapt to the time difference between different offices.
6. Based in Mumbai.
