Location : Remote
Salary : 15,000 per month (Target-based)
Incentives : 10% on achieving more than target
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets of 1,00,000 to 1,50,000.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
- Continuously look for ways to improve sales strategies and achieve better results.
Compensation Structure :
- Base Salary : 15,000 per month.
- Sales Target : 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 per month.
- Salary Deduction : If the target is not achieved, there will be a proportional salary deduction.
- Incentives : If the target is exceeded, you will receive a 10% incentive on the amount above the target.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
