Products :

- Our products range from learning apps catering to students in India to tech enabled learning programs with computer vision and artificial intelligence-enabled across the world (OSMO-playosmo.com, Byjus.com, Epic! - getepic.com). Our other products consist of coding platforms where 50 million users solve puzzles, build games, stories, and interactive animations by coding (Tynker App) and enable live one-on-one coding sessions with students (Byjus Future School - WhitehatJr).

What we look for ?

- We are looking for product managers with 3 to 5 years of experience. PMs should have a strong product mindset. The PM should be skilled enough to guide their team of APMs and designers to analyze data and conduct user research

Must Haves :

- 2+ years of experience as APM or PM

- Project management skills

- Presence of mind

- Design sense

- Great data sense

- Developing leadership skills

Deliverables :

- Own short-term goals

- Craft Solutions

- Manage team roadmap

As a Product Manager :

- You will own the product roadmap for your pod

- You are responsible for defining the user problems and leading your team to build solutions

- You will mentor 1-2 Product Associates

- You will be closely working with design and engineering pod members

- You will work directly with a Senior Product Leader

As a Associate Product Manager :

- APM is an individual contributor role.

- It involves deep collaborative work with designers and engineers.

- Our APMs drive the solutioning and delivery of product initiatives under the guidance of a seasoned PM.

- APMs conduct user research and analyze data to build intuition on behalf of the team.

- Our APM roles come with significant ownership and many opportunities to lead teams.
