BYJU'S - Executive - Sales (0-4 yrs)
- A Sales Executive is tasked with the responsibility of driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, developing a sales strategy, and executing the plan to close deals. The position requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers through market analysis and research.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and keep up with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the management team.
- Continuously improve sales process by identifying areas of growth and implementing best practices.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute sales plans effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend events and meet with clients.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
