Student Support Associate
- We are seeking a talented Student Support Associate
What You Will Do:
1. Understanding the student problems & resolving them immediately. Also includes appropriate escalation of student issues.
2. Effective and clear written, oral and listening skills.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with students.
4. Demonstrate good time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
5. Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, response time, resolution time, CSAT and attendance.
6. Liaise with other departments as required to resolve student issues and questions.
7. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
What You will Need :
1. Minimum 1 year experience in customer support function - Chat/Email/Voice
2. Preference for candidates who have been part of the escalations team or have worked as SME's in their previous organizations.
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and very good typing speed.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, a team player, and a quick learner.
5. Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required. Business acumen in areas of Ed-tech is preferred.
6. Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
7. Track record of over-achieving targets with ownership of the assigned tasks
