What You'll Do:

- Creating theme-based campaigns - Plan & ideate for the special campaigns like a mega sale on special days, ex. Republic Day campaign, Holi campaign, etc.

- Agency coordination - As the custodian for BYJU- S Exam Prep brand, you will be responsible for working with external agencies and internal teams to ensure the brand guidelines are met and there is coherency across various manifestations. Have experience in Media buying.

- Creating brand campaigns in coordination with internal & external stakeholders. End to end planning and execution of the full campaign

For Initiatives:

- Planning, execution & timely delivery of marketing-led initiatives for the brand.

- Closely working with internal teams like Digital marketing, CRM, Program team, Product, Communication and SEO team for smooth planning and execution of projects.

- Thinking of new ideas and ways to collaborate with colleges, companies, and industry spoke to people.

What You'll Need:

- 1-2 years of work experience as a Marketing/Brand Manager with Digital Brands

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical approach to problems

- Experience in producing high quality and good impact digital campaigns

- Willingness to handle ad hoc projects with quick TATs.

- Ability to manage high-pressure situations.

- Working with multiple stakeholders and teams for the smooth execution of your project.

- In-depth research skills
