Job Description: 


- This Is An Individual Contributor Role In An Employee-Oriented, High-Performance Environment That Emphasizes Spreading BYJU's Unique Way Of Learning. As A BDA In BYJU- S, You Will Be Expected To Connect With Potential Customers (Parents And Students), Set Up Meetings, Counsel The Students On The BYJU'S Unique Way Of Learning And Assist Them To Become Premium Subscribers.

- You Will Start Your Journey At BYJU- S As An Individual Contributor Working In A Team To Introduce And Showcase The Unique Way In Which BYJU- S-The Learning App Helps Students Learn Better. You Will Also Be Responsible For Mentoring These Students And Will Play A Role In Their Learning Journey. Your Key Role Will Be To Connect With Students And Parents Across The Country About One Of The World's Most Loved Learning Apps And How It Will Help Students Learn Not Just For Exams, But Way Beyond.

Details Of Business Development Trainee Program: 


- You Will Be Undergoing Byju's Sales Training For A Minimum Duration Of 6 Weeks With An Option With The Company To Extend It Up To A Maximum Of 2 Weeks. The First 2 Weeks Of This Training Will Be Classroom Training Followed By 4 Weeks Of "On-The-Job Training", Both Conducted Out Of The BDT Training Location. You Will Be Assessed And Monitored During This Training Program. We Are Also Happy To Inform You That Additional Performance Incentives Will Be Applicable During Your Training Period.

Upon Successful Completion Of The Training And Post Your Conversion You Will Be Confirmed As BDA - Direct Sales (At 10 LPA). Once You Have Become A BDA, You Will Be Posted In The Role Location And Will Be Working Out Of The Sales Circle Location Assigned To You.

Joining Location Address: Bangalore: 6th Floor, Tower D, IBC Knowledge Park, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 95 (Or WFH)

Location: PAN India (Hometown Preference)

Working Days: Wednesday To Sunday (Week Off - Monday And Tuesday)

Working Model: Work From Home (BDT 2Months)

Annual CTC: INR 10 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA DS Allowance + 3 LPA Incentives/Variable) For The Role Of BDA - Direct Sales

As An Associate In The Direct Sales Campaign, Your Monthly Equivalent Salary Of INR 7 Lakhs Per Annum Includes A Direct Sales Allowance Of INR 2 Lakhs Per Annum Subject To Meeting The Company's Decided Benchmark Number Of Customer Visits. Outside Of Your Monthly Compensation, You Are Also Eligible For A Variable Compensation Of Upto INR 3 Lakhs Per Annum. In The Unlikely Scenario Where The Direct Sales Campaign In Your Role Location Is Discontinued Due To Any Business Exigencies In The Future, The Company Will Offer An Option To Move To An Inside Sales Associate Role At A Salary Of INR 5 Lakhs Per Annum Fixed Compensation. In Such A Case, You Would Also Have The Option Of Moving Back To The Direct Sales Associate Role At INR 7 Lakhs Per Annum (Inclusive Of Direct Sales Allowance) As Soon As The Direct Sales Model Resumes In Your Role Location.
