Training : All Selected Candidates Will Be Part Of A Two Months Training Process Under The Business Development Trainee (BDT) Profile At A Monthly Stipend Of Rs 25,000. On Successful Completion Of Training, Candidates Will Be Promoted To The Role Of Business Development Associates (BDA)
CTC For BDT (During 2 Months Of Training): Rs.3,00,000 {Fixed Pay} And Rs. 2,00,000 {Incentive Pay}) Per Annum
CTC For BDA (Post Successful Training): Rs. 10,00,000 (Rs.7 Lakhs {Fixed Pay} And Rs. 3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay}) Per Annum For Direct Field Sales Rs. 8,00,000 (Rs.5 Lakhs {Fixed Pay} And Rs. 3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay}) Per Annum
