Job Title : Business Development Associate (BDA)

Company Overview : BYJU'S is India's largest ed-tech company and a leading global education technology market player. Our mission is to revolutionize the way students learn and make education accessible and affordable to all.

Job Summary : We seek highly motivated individuals to join our Business Development team as BDAs. As a BDA, you will drive sales and revenue growth for BYJU'S products and services through new customer acquisition and account management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate new business leads through online channels


- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients


- Manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline- 0-3 years of sales or business development experience ( Fresher and experience both preferred)


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills


- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


- Passion for education and technology

Compensation :

Stipend (during Applicant Trainee Program) : INR 16,600 for the complete training program (4 weeks)CTC (after training): INR 7,50,000 - 8,50,000 per annum (4.5 lakh - 5 .5 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Centre Sales (package differs from city to city)
