Job Role : Calling customers , meet the customers in online and take demo sessions and close sales
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the BYJU's personalised learning journey. You will be working 6 days a week with Mondays being week-off. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales. - If you are selected to join us as an applicant trainee please find below the expectations from our end. The 6 weeks of ATP is divided into 2 phases, 2 weeks of Class Room Training (CRT) and 4 weeks of On the Job Training(OJT).
Phase 1: Classroom Training (CRT)
Stipend (ATP) : INR 16600 (stipend) fixed pay for the complete training program (4 weeks) Please note, The compensation would be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days you are active in the training program.
CTC (BDA-post qualification after training ): INR 7,50,000 - 8,50,000 (4.5 lakh - 5.5 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Centre Sales -T&C (Package differs from city to city)
