Byju's - Associate - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Sector : Sales and Business Development (DIRECT/FIELD SALES)
Locations : PAN INDIA For Male Candidates / For female candidates location is Banglore.
Working Days : 5 days work week
Training : All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training process under the Business Development Trainee (BDT) profile at a monthly stipend of Rs.25,000. On successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA)
CTC for BDT (During 2 months of training): Rs.3,00,000 {Fixed pay} and Rs.2,00,000 {Incentive Pay}) per annum
CTC for BDA (Post successful training): Rs.10,00,000 (Rs.5+2 Lakhs and Rs.3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay}) per annum.
What we are looking for (Preferred Skill Sets) :
- Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
- Having a knack for sales
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
