BYJU'S - Associate - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department
3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
Skills & Requirements :
1. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
2. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
3. Professional yet affable disposition
4. Neat, well-groomed appearance
5. Great networking skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication
7. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
8. Graduation pass out
9. Laptop is mandatory
10. Immediate joiner preferable
Note:
1. The entire development journey will have two phases: 5-day SGDP (sales grooming & development program) and 4 weeks OJT (on-the-job training)
2. Allowance (ATP during OJT): INR 1250/week + INR 1250 travel allowance once in tenure
3. Stipend (ATP during OJT): Additional stipend of 16000 for target completion of 3 valid sales and 6 valid conduction
