Business Development Associate
- The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities :
- The first step in the process would be where you would be expected to join a webinar which will help you as a candidate to understand expectations from the job, career trajectory, interview process steps and salary expectation. This webinar would take up your 1 - 1.5 hours of time.
- To begin with, This is a target based sales job where you would be required to sell the Byju's products to the customers. You will be involved in calling the customers in the initial part of the week and during the weekends you will meet the customers virtually over zoom and will sell the product to the customers.
Interview Process :
The interview process is divided into 2 steps :
1. Webinar
2. Personal Interview
Webinar :
- The webinar will be conducted by our experienced Sr. Manager in which you will get a broad idea of the company and the Job Role where you will also be explained the company's expectations from you and in return what you can expect from the company.
- Also, there will be assigned after the webinar which you need to submit before the personal interview
Personal Interview :
- Personal Interviews will be conducted by the Manager who will interact with you personally on the assignment you have submitted.
- After clearing the Personal Interview You will be selected for the sales grooming and development program (SGDP) which will be a 5-day training program which will be conducted virtually over zoom.
- These 5 days are purely invested in your learning and there would be no remuneration provided during this period. Post which you would be expected to come to the office (Bangalore/Delhi) for on-the-job training for 3 weeks and attend the sessions where you will be paid an allowance of 1250 per week. An additional 1250 relocation allowance will be paid once.
- Upon successful completion of 3 weeks of training you will be given an opportunity to work directly as a BDA and will be offered a salary of 5LPA.
- During the 3 weeks training if you are able to generate revenue in the form of 2 sales and 6 successful customer interactions you will be paid an additional amount of 18000.
- To become a BDA you need to clear the 3 weeks of training, assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
