- A Business Development Manager in the field of Facility Management plays a crucial role in identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion in the facility management sector. Their primary responsibilities include :

1. Market Research and Analysis :

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and regions for business expansion.

- Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.

2. Sales and Lead Generation :

- Generating leads and identifying potential clients who require facility management services.

- Building and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.

3. Strategic Planning :

- Developing and implementing a business development strategy and action plan to achieve growth targets.
