Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.

- Utilize a customer-centric approach to engage prospects and create interest in our real estate offerings.

Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of our real estate projects, their features, and unique selling points.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients and address their inquiries.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.

- Identify client needs and preferences to tailor offerings and provide personalized solutions.

Sales Pitch and Presentation : Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to promote real estate products and services.

- Conduct virtual presentations to showcase property features and benefits.

Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience :

- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Negotiation Skills :

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

Tech-Savvy :

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

- Comfortable with virtual communication platforms.

Results-Driven :

- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards achieving goals.
