Buzil Rossari - Manager - Marketing & Brand Communication (7-10 yrs)
1. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
3. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
4. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
5. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
6. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
7. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
8. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
9. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
10. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

12. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

Candidate Specification :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Should have 7 - 8 years of experience
3. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
4. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
5. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
6. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
7. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
8. Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
9. Willingness and ability to travel
10. Established press and media contacts
11. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
12. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
13. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
