Parshuramji E-Comm Private Limited (Brand Name - www.buymyJewel.com), are looking for Full Time position of Business Development Executive - Sales and Marketing in various districts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The list of districts is given in the Annexure 1 and 2.

A. Offer of the Employment

The following outlines the terms of the employment:

1. The incumbent will be earning Sales Based Incentive. The incentive slabs will be discussed at the time of interview with the candidates.

2. The Incumbent's employment confirmation is subject to One month training cum Probation period. This period of time allows us to determine, if the candidate is suitable for the Position. In case of Non Performance or Non Suitability of the incumbent during the Probation period, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment without any notice and compensation obligation to the incumbent.

3. TA/DA expenses occurred for sales purpose will be given by the company as per the company policy.

B. Roles and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities will be discussed in detail during our interaction. However, the incumbent should be ready to carry out tasks in addition to the JD mentioned below. The incumbent will report directly to Sales Head.

1. Manage relationship with retailers and bring them on-board.

2. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. Maximizing new business development opportunities.

3. Perform sales activities in his designated city/Region and adjoining potential area and run promotional activities etc.

4. He must be willing to visit clients individually and generate leads or business. He has to report all the leads to his designated supervisor on daily basis.

5. Develop and implement the sales plan, Tactical Approach and Profit targets.

6. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

7. Keeping close watch on changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

8. The incumbent is expected to carry out the duties assigned in a competent, Professional and efficient manner.

C. Conditions of Employment

The offer of employment will be made upon meeting the following conditions:

1. Clear Criminal Record check (Police Verification)

2. Sound Physical and Mental fitness.

3. Sign-off on Company's Confidentiality Statement - Non Disclosure Agreement.

4. All documents of the incumbent are being true and found in order.

D. Selection Criterion for the employment

1. The incumbent should be :

i. A permanent resident of any District from his cluster.

ii. Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

2. Educational Qualification - Should be a regular Graduate from any of the recognized university. Should be proficient in using Android based tablet devices.

3. Candidates with understanding of jewellery trade, know-how of Jewellery prices and knowledge of Diamonds will be given preference.
