Experience:
- At least 5-7 experience in Affiliate Marketing
- Substantial experience in managing campaigns as part of a web/marketing team
- Experience in setting up & implementing online partner programs
- Experienced in managing people with a focus on team well-being and professional development
- Background in managing large scale online campaigns
- Experience of working in a fast-moving business
- Experience of managing change and implementing new initiatives
- Substantial experience of working in a management role
- Knowledge and interest in technology, marketing, and communications.
- Extensive online marketing experience
- Excellent sales and negotiation track record
As the Digital Media Buying Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business internationally through multiple online sites via CPM, CPC, CPA & Tenancy deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in pro-actively generating, developing and growing business by sharing knowledge, ideas, and experience. Ensure that all deadlines are met, buying rates are competitive and that optimum working practice and ethics are maintained always
The successful candidate will be confident and comfortable in pitch situations and be happy to present media ideas in face to face environments to mixed audiences of varying numbers.
The desire to strive for media excellence and deliver the very best solutions, whilst being aware of the brands KPI's and required ROI is essential. End to end campaign management and developing processes to ensure effective delivery of campaigns.
The Digital Media Buying Manager will report into the Head of Performance Marketing.
Major Responsibilities:
- Planning and controlling of international online marketing campaigns
- Negotiating the best price, quality, and placement of advertisements
- Managing media bookings
- Designing, tracking, managing campaign plans, and deadlines
- Ownership of strong relationships with external 3rd parties, internal parties, Planning and Client Services teams
- Creating best in class relationships with your allocated partner's database
- Developing collaborative relationships with our brands and understanding their internal teams/structure
- Media buying - negotiating best rates on behalf of our brands
- Collating and managing brands campaign content and artwork in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth sign of process and delivery of campaign
- Management of briefing and delivering artwork and data for sign off and working to ensure high compliance levels
- Support the campaign evaluation set up, review & understanding of media evaluations
- Channel management - expert media owner, owning and reviewing the proposition to drive continuous development
- Tracking channel performance weekly, monthly, annually and reporting back to the senior management team
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Self-motivated & very well organized
- High energy, proactive and a team player
Skills / Knowledge:
- Crucial knowledge of Partner Industry
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluent and influential verbal and written communication skills
