Buyer - FMCG (4-8 yrs)
Required Education and Experience: Any Graduation with 4-10 years of experience in the FMCG
Retail Buying Sector.
Preferred: Candidates from Retail or FMCG Industries will be preferred.
Job Role:
- Manage assortment planning, forecasting future trends, planogramming, preparing buying plan and designing MBQ for Replenishment.
- Proficiently formulating sourcing strategies, identifying product gaps, vendor selection, new product launch and lifecycle management.
- Execute turnkey projects like ARS Rollout, DC Migration, Mergers and Online Business Development.
- Effectively manage minimum inventory level for optimization of working capital & higher stock turns.
- Identify and implement business opportunities that helps in delivering business results,improving profitability, revenue growth for the organization and enable scalable growth.
- Drive large scale revenue & profit gains and bagging breakthrough orders, skilful in developing relations with distributors by identifying the strength of each partner and coordinating with them for effective business development.
