Butterfly Ayurveda - Senior Executive - Business Development - Horeca Segment (1-4 yrs)
About the role :
- We are looking for a Business Development Executive to represent our brand and promote our vast range of products, manufacturing capabilities, clinic platform, and upcoming cafe and outlet proposition. The ideal candidate will interact with multiple customer groups via various sales and distribution channels, including B2C, D2C, HoReCa, and institutional sales, retailers and distributors, doctors, nutritionists, dieticians, wellness and retreat centers, and different brands for partnership or collaboration opportunities.
Reporting Structure : Strategy Team and CEO
Your responsibilities would entail :
- Conduct market research and analyze competition in the industry with similar product offerings.
- Identify and research potential clients for BA's FMCG (tea/infusions/cookies) SKUs in the HoReCa, institutional, and B2B categories.
- Prepare a holistic list of hotel chains, big restaurants/cafe chains, retreat & wellness centers, private hospital chains, and big corporate houses along with their procurement leads/heads/managers or decision-making authority figures responsible for bulk procurement.
- Pitch BA's products to potential clients and strike profit-oriented deals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships by working with clients as brand partners, entering marketing associations using different media platforms such as social media and print media, and building a long-term business association with the client.
- Develop mutually beneficial proposals and support work on pricing, strategy, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams on packaging, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Compile data on deals cracked, cold calls made, and follow-ups done to develop and maintain client data.
