About the role :
- As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence. You'll be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, leveraging various online channels to increase brand awareness, increase engagement, and ultimately drive sales growth.
Reporting To : CEO
Your responsibilities will include :
Digital Strategy Development : Develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies that align with our brand's goals and target audience, with a strong focus on enhancing sales quotient.
Campaign Management : Oversee end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across platforms including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing, aiming to boost sales conversion and amplify brand visibility.
WhatsApp, SMS, and Emailer Campaigns : Devise and implement effective campaigns through these channels to drive sales leads and customer engagement.
Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools, derive insights, and optimise strategies for improved results and higher sales impact.
Content Collaboration : Collaborate and lead our creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience, boosts engagement, and contributes to increased sales.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to ensure alignment with digital marketing goals.
Market Insights : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Innovation and Creativity : Propose innovative approaches to stand out in the digital landscape and drive brand differentiation, capturing sales-driven attention.
Budget Management : Plan, allocate, and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently to maximise ROI.
Brand Partnership : Form strategic alliances to extend brand reach and increase sales channels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven history as a Growth Hacker or adept Digital Marketing Manager with a fierce focus on elevating sales
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, techniques, and best practises.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Solid understanding of how SEO, SMO, and SMM work to increase online visibility and sales.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team management abilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to drive innovative campaigns.
