Busy - Executive - Channel Sales (1-4 yrs)
Job Profile :
You will be responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition by identifying, appointing & communicating with channel partners & resellers, who sell our products. You are results-driven, and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team
- Responsible for growth of the following in the assigned region
- New Customer Acquisition
- Active Channel Partners
- Active Resellers
- Sales Per Active Partner / Reseller
- Channel Management
- Identify, appoint, communicate with channel partners and resellers
- Channel Development - Training, marketing & sales support for partners & their team
- Acquire detailed product knowledge and ability to give detailed product demo
- Execute the sales promotion activities for the assigned area
- Daily reporting of performance parameters
- Cover multiple cities as part of the assigned region, hence travelling will be required.
Skill Sets/Requirements :
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to understand the business & requirements of the customers
- Working experience with SME businesses
- High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
- Qualification - MBA/PG/B. Tech/B.Com
- Relevant Experience : 1 - 4 years in sales, preferably channel management
Reporting To - RSM, Sales
Comp. - CTC + incentives
