Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
- Market Research to identify new markets and prospects
- Effectively representing the company in business meetings with clients
- Preparing proposals/ sales contracts as per rules and guidelines
- Identifying new sales leads and pitching solution/services accordingly
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
- Manage challenging situations and difficult stakeholders
- Getting business through different channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Marketing etc.).
- Understanding the project's requirements.
Required Candidate profile :
- Experience in selling IT services or solutions through a consultative approach and conducting customer needs analysis to uncover business problems.
- Experience with any software development(Web development) agency is preferred. (However, freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.)
- MBA or BBA is preferred.
- Should be open to UK or US shifts whenever required.
- Good hands-on experience with MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Email Etiquettes.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
