Business2sell - Sales Role - Franchise Development (4-5 yrs)
We are looking to add a new Franchise Sales member to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Initial lead contact, management and follow-up using our CRM system
- Daily phone calls with prospective franchisees exploring their goals
- Getting leads to attend monthly discovery days and supporting the experience
- Taking leads to the next level by introducing the FDD and ownership process
- Closing the sale and bringing success oriented owners into the franchise
- Provide business consulting on convenience retail solutions to the Franchisee to maximize growth and profitability: understand and coach on business gaps and improvement plans; ensure Franchisees understand and deliver against contractual responsibilities
