Business Unit Head - Technology Product/Solutions (18-24 yrs)
- The scope of this role i.e. Business Head offers for one to take ownership of driving not just sales in terms of numbers but drive the product as an independent business vertical.
- An ideal candidate would be someone who comes with a proven track record of enabling and driving P&L and has managed end to end BU responsibilities with Tech solutions sales.
- The ideal profile would be of someone who has delivered as a SBU head and managed Marketing, sales, operations and customer relationship management with responsibility of top and bottom line growth.
- It allows for one to partner with leadership for product improvements and new product manifestations to enable organization transformation to the next level.
- This position will be responsible for an agreed growth rate Y - on - Y with excellent achievement of bottom line improvement. It would also require clear mission and vision plan in consensus with the Board for growth of the present set up and also explore new avenues and diversification in relation to the main business.
- Responsibilities would include market penetration and ensure margins are maintained & targets are achieved.
- Candidates with the significant experience of heading Sales and operations of Tech product / solutions sales to the SMB segment would be the ideal fit.
- Candidate with sales exposure and experience in the K12 segment or in FMCG and Financial Service sector (such as Insurance) would be an added advantage
