Position: National Head - PEB Division / EPC

Department: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / EPC

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Reports To: MD

CTC: Not a Constraint for Right match and willing to relocate to Gujarat Location.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to lead our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division as the National Head. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving B2C and D2C business models, managing large-scale projects, and delivering consistent growth in revenue, sales, and profitability. This role requires a visionary leader who can craft and execute strategies to establish and expand the PEB division's market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the PEB division to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.

- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, ensuring the division remains competitive and innovative.

Revenue & Profitability :

- Take full ownership of the division's revenue, sales, and profitability targets.

- Drive financial performance by optimizing resource allocation, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Sales & Business Development :

- Lead the B2C and D2C business initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences and engagement.

- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and partners, to secure high-value projects.

Project Management :

- Oversee and manage big-ticket projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

- Address challenges proactively, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

- Provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the division's success and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 15-20 years in the PEB industry, with significant exposure to B2C and D2C business models.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and delivering exceptional results in revenue, sales, and profitability.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.

Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to craft and execute strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.

Project Expertise: Proficiency in managing complex projects, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
