Business Unit Head - Healthy Building Solutions & Products (10-20 yrs)
Job Description:
A suitable candidate is required to head the complete sales and marketing of our Healthy Building Solutions and Products in India to large enterprises Multinational companies, Private Sector Companies, PSUs, Govt. Institutions, etc.
To create a robust mechanism of locating and tying up with Marketing Agents / Business Associates on a continuous basis. These Agents / Associates maybe MSMEs / SMEs themselves running a fairly successful enterprise of their own, but who will work towards recommending and offering our solutions to their own set of customers on a revenue sharing basis. These could be facility management service providers, green building service providers and other integrated solution providers to buildings and specific industries.
The candidate should have proven capability in generation of a 100 Crore Enterprise / Institutional Sales business for selling any new concept - service and/or product in the recent past.
Take full responsibility for the operations of the assigned business unit, including profitability, budgeting and cost monitoring.
Be responsible for hiring, training, leading and monitoring the efficiency and productivity of a supporting sales team.
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and liaison skills.
- Confident of working in a model with moderate fixed remuneration and a very aggressive variable incentive based remuneration.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in handing Business Development and Institutional / Enterprise Sales in industry segments such as Facility Management, Green Building Solutions, IT, etc.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate and above with a suitable degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, etc.
Salary:INR 25,00,000 - 40,00,000 P.A.
