Business Unit Head/Branch Unit Head - Insurance/Telecom (7-12 yrs)
Position: Business Unit Head
Responsibilities :
- Maintains full responsibility for assigned business unit, including profitability, product management, budgeting and business unit operations
- Responsible for overall revenue generation for assigned business unit
- Develop and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans for designated sales channels
- Analyze various reports of the Telemarketing / Field sales officers performance to enhance the lead generation and conversions
- Closely track sales team performance and conversion ratios and support them in enhancing their performance levels
- Directly responsible to manage performance of 35-40 team members through necessary interventions and training.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 7-12 years of relevant experience.
- Boundless energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent in Leadership Qualities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
- Flexible, approachable with a pleasant personality
- Must be good in interpersonal relations
- Flexible to travel across state on average at moderate frequency if required
- Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills
- Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure
- Have strong Decision making and presentation abilities
