Business Thrust - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success driving revenue with personal & team's targets (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal), excellent communication skills and understanding of SEO & Web solutions.
KRA: Sales & Marketing for SEO, PPC & Web to overseas businesses.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, generating and growing new digital marketing business, creating innovative online marketing sales plans.
- Selling all Digital Marketing Services offered including SEO, PPC, and more.
- Location Mapping for Target Sales: International market.
- Must having experience in USA market.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- The position demands an entrepreneurial minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell.
- Responsible for Business development and lead generation.
- Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Excellent PR skills to make long term relationship with clients.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Helping team members develop their skills and leading them from the front. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Required Candidate profile :
- Should have basic knowledge & exposure of digital services like SEO.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation & pitching skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage team and multi-task.
- A self-starter with high ownership levels.
Shift Timing: - 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM (Mon - Sat) 1st & 3rd Sat off
