Job Description
This role will involve in getting new clients on board from various domain especially IT/E-commerce, Finance, Automobile, Infrastructure, manufacturing, Fintech etc.
Ideal candidate should have minimum work experience of 3+ Years in Manpower Placement Consultancy, having exposure in new clients acquisition & manage those accounts.
- Identify potential clients across Country
- Arrange introductory meetings with top management & HR Heads
- Prepare and present proposals and follow up to win new projects.
- Comfortable with travelling part for client meeting.
- Comfortable to work as Individual contributor ( IC role) and later build his/her own team
Competencies
- Be fluent in Communication
- Strong Convincing & Presentation skills
- Excellent field subject knowledge
- Language skills: Hindi and English
- Proficient with MS Office Suite especially MS Word, MS Excel and PPT
- Self-motivated, high levels of initiative, willingness to learn and execute various tasks to meet tight deadlines
Background requirement
- Masters in any discipline
- Must be from the same Industry
- 3+ years of previous experience of BD in the required domain
