Business support Executive (Marketing) is responsible for generating leads of Amazing & Breadwinning Customers by Fixing Appointments and Supporting Sales Team
Data sourcing - Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like, Google, Justdial, Fundoo data, Indiamart, facebook, Linkedin and offline network. Industries like- Jewellery, Banking, Automobile, Steel Metal, Fabrication, Utensils and Home Appliances, Component Manufactures, Engineering companies, Gifts & Trophies, Hall Marking and Food & Packaging.
- Adding and maintaining database of customers realtime based on cold calling.
- Handling sufficient phone calls and email communications to generate leads.
- Building repo with prospective clients - Sending every day greetings, Updating all the event information, new product information, Share customer success stories and occasion greeting.
- Share company profile & product information via email and Whatsapp to prospective customers.
- Promote events, achievements of company and linking customers to social media.
- Fixing and Line up Meetings - After understanding or creating the need and required rapport, line-up meetings with clients for a Sales meet based on the convenient time of both the members.
- Generating 2 Appointments in a day, Minimum 30 meetings in a Month
