- Improvement of agent prospecting practices to generate business
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2-7 Years in Field Sales and Marketing or from BFSI
- CTC: Up to 8.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
