Business Relationship Manager - Sales - IT (7-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Act as the first point of contact in all matters relating to Business concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Business and IT sub domains to ensure timely delivery of all technology requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of technology services and capabilities for better support.
- Track new requirements and issues through to resolution and closure.
- Stay on top of allocated business accounts, making sure they are receiving IT services in line with offerings and agreed SLAs.
- Meet regularly with other members of the tech team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve support to business.
- Create business presentations on IT services and work upon business feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience :
- 7-10 Years of Experience as IT account manager/business relationship manager
- Working experience with business leaders and to translate the business requirements to appropriate IT solutions.
- Experience and understanding of different IT sub domains, Key Technologies, and technology components.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and receiving positive customer feedback
Qualification : Any Graduate
