Business Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- To assemble and manage a group of business partners.
- Create the necessary team through mentoring, instruction, team management, assistance, etc.
- Offer service with business submission, issuance, pending resolution, new advisor licensing, etc.
- Regularly plan, monitor, and review to guide their team's activity, case rate, and case size.
- Using Business Associates to find new advisors.
- Conduct market research, find potential clients, and establish enduring relationships.
- Convince potential customers to speak with you on the phone or in-person to learn more about your insurance products.
- Counsel clients on the insurance plans that will best meet their needs.
- Create insurance programs that are unique for each client.
