Business Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Sustain enduring connections with customers by means of consistent correspondence and tailored assistance.
- In order to facilitate a seamless transition and introduction to the brand's offerings, handle the onboarding process for new customers.
- Find ways to improve the experience for the client.
- Promote upselling or cross-selling to bring in more revenue.
