Business Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Find and approach the best community funding partners to enhance membership and spur company growth, paying special attention to the areas that fall within FirstOntario's geographic reach.
- Create a strategic plan to open new lines of business and build partnerships with neighbourhood businesses.
- Make cold calls, follow up on leads, and engage in outside sales efforts to find new business.
- To strengthen your membership portfolio, cultivate and use cooperative ties with internal business partners within the organisation, such as the Retail, Commercial and Business Banking Group.
- Develop and engage in member-only webinars, presentations, and events. Assume the role of a mentor to help team members grow through sales coaching, business development, and other activities.
