Business Relationship Lead - Executive Search Firm (2-6 yrs)
Actively looking for Business Development Specialist with an executive search firm. Position based at Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi
Key Deliverables:
- Engage and strategize with senior level executives and cxos at client companies to demonstrate how KNR can drive revenue to their business.
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with companies - Senior Executives like VPs, Heads and Directors (HR).
- Pitch for new business and create a strong pipeline industry wise and focus on meetings with prospects.
- Build new business which primarily includes getting in mandates and involve extensively in client farming to extend and dig deeper for business.
- Apply Internet resources, social media, cold calling, gate crashing for gathering leads.
- Proactively provide smart client research and industry specific information.
- Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
- Maintaining strong follow ups and regular feedback calls.
- Maintaining the database of clients and the agreements sent.
- Work with internal team to assure timely delivery of services to clients and assure that client's expectations are met.
- Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working within a dynamic, performance driven environment.
- Customer-focused with ability to recognize sales opportunities.
- Social Media addicted candidates will have an added advantage.
- Can lead a team soon after kick-starting career with KNR.
- Relationships with key decision makers at India are leading companies and Top agencies.
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.
- Understand how Recruitment & Executive Search business works and the ability to explain in ordinary terms.
- Target and result focussed professionals will add greater value to this role
- MBA degree holders (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Open to travel nationally and in due course of growth internationally also.
