Business Planning Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Position and duties :
- Help the client with getting out his insurance application at all stages.
- Make specific recommendations for reducing the cost and guide the client through the full method.
- Keep a lid on agent performance to ensure targets are met.
- Establish and implement sales strategies.
- Form and maintain ties with agents.
- Set up assessments of performance for the company.
- Building a solid rapport with the clients.
- Ensuring that clients experience outstanding service and pleasure.
- Create and submit monthly sales reports to top leadership.
- Keeping up with new developments and industry improvements.
Qualifications Candidate :
- At least two years of experience in any field of sales and marketing.
- Qualification - Graduation required
- CTC : Up to 3.8 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefits
- Age : 21 to 38 years
