Job Title: Business Partner - Relationship Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in B2B market activities with a focus on broking clients only.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct 3 to 4 field meetings daily with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to promote long-term client retention.
