Mandatory Skill :
- 10 to 12 years of overall experience in IT Product and Solution/Services selling at global level including USA, UK and Europe market
- Recent 5+ years in IT Product space with an understanding of complete Product business covering defining GTM strategy, value based Product positioning, customer acquisition and business growth with proven knowledge of the - Logistics and Supply Chain Industry-
- Strong sales leadership with experience of setting up and managing dynamic and high performing Sales and Business Development teams and having an ability to inspire and work with cross-functional teams
- Work with ambiguities - a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and achieve the business objectives
- A highly motivated & passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mind-set
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for complete Product Business and enabling it to grow multi-fold in the assigned geography (India/Overseas)
- Owning and achieving short term and long term business goals for Product initiative
- Creating and implementing go-to-market strategy, delivery strong revenue growth and increasing market share
- Creating and implementing business plan and budget, aligning with Product business goals for various quarterly & annual growth targets
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for customer acquisition and expand customer base
- Create and lead Sales and BD team for achieving aggressive targets in focused markets
- Work with marketing team for utilizing digital and social platforms for activities around Product marketing
- Work closely with Product and pre-sales team for areas covering entire sales process from - Planning to Closure-
- Drive the evolution of Product brand positioning
- Ensure all customer oriented processes including Customer relationship and feedback is managed well for strategic Customer engagement.
- Prepare and present various business related reports and updates on timely basis to all stakeholders including board of directors
