Business Manager - Sales - Software & Equipment (2-4 yrs)
Looking for candidates from software and equipment sales in hospitals, large retail durable companies like ACs, POS systems, TV displays, etc. or established technology companies in payments, retail and banking software
Loaction- Mumbai.
Job Description :
- Client interfacing manager, managing key accounts of the company. The candidate will be responsible for the clients assigned to them, understand and manage all their clients- needs and expectations. Understand the client brief from time to time and help the technology team understand and deliver to the same.
- Manage client records and billing and ensure healthy revenue collection.
- Support the senior teams in sales calls and customer acquisition initiatives. He/she will support the senior team in client acquisition and client on-boarding.
- Manage the digital media platforms of the company and the lead generation initiatives undertaken online.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have experience in managing senior clients and maintaining them for a minimum of 2 years. Must have keen interest in technology, very good communication skills, both written and oral.
- A good understanding or interest or experience in Hospitality, health care, Consumer durables and software industries will be preferred.
- Basis skills certificate in social media campaign management would help. Should have knowledge and ability to strategies and manage social media campaigns.
- Post-grad with good credentials. Very well versed in computers and having a very good post-graduation degree will be a plus.
