Business Manager - Sales - Pharma (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and establish relationships with pulmonologists/chest physicians/general physicians by visiting their clinics/hospitals
- Understanding client needs and meet their expectation by tailoring the company's service to meet those needs
- Ensuring each account is handled properly and all client communications are tracked and responded in a timely manner
- Promote - TB- TB WGS product, services, and tests to healthcare professionals
- Should be able to monitor client satisfaction levels and take action to address any issues or concerns that arise
- Should be able to produce reports and analysis on client accounts and overall client satisfaction levels, providing insights that can be used to improve the company's services
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on the products, services, and tests whenever required
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the products, services, and tests
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional campaigns
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and preferences
- Should be able to upsell and cross sell additional products and services to the existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Hire and train the team members for the product and processes.
- Lead the team and do their evaluation from time to time
Requirement :
- A degree completed in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or an adjacent field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of sales & or business relationship experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on tuberculosis products, services, and tests
- Strong knowledge of tuberculosis products, services, and tests
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel frequently
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
- Interested in understanding and sharing medical innovations.
- Strong connections with top clinicians in his/her region
