- Spearhead NRI Banking Business for MUMBAI.Growing the NRI / HNI Banking business profitability both on liability & revenue side for entire Zone, while managing risk in order to meet targets. Manage, coach & develop staff within the entire team ensuring the accomplishment of the target set for the team.
Formulating Business Plan(s) together with necessary product(s) development and policies and procedure for the NRI Business. Maximize cross selling opportunities and success rate through full liaison with all product specialist.
- Accountable for Training, Activation, Cost Budgeting of Various Promotional Activities, Planning and Implementing Marketing Strategies for the potential branches across various channels of the Bank.
- Ensuring achievement of benchmark productivity for the NR Managers on client acquisition, balance sheet growth & revenue delivery.Conduct critical reviews, assessments, timely identification of problems for overall business development and executing/supervising implementation of appropriate operational controls to safeguard banks interests.
- Responsible for business development for branches of Bank for NRI Services
- Guiding Team of NRI RMs, NR-RM and Assistant RM- NR to manage and enhance their business
- Training the branches on NRI services and KYC requirements for the same
- Responsible for TPP revenue generation from direct reporting team of Exclusive Relationship Manager and Accountable for overall TPP revenue generation from NRI client for the entire region.
- Working closely with State Heads for designing strategies for acquisition of New To Bank NRI clients
- Managing a book by self of clients and do a revenue generation from them .
Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
