JOB PURPOSE:

- Source Business from market through both DSA and Direct channel of CF to Retail, APF, PreApproved, and Internal channel

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Major Activities :

- Source Business from and give service to DSA and other Direct Channels

- Ensure wrong sourcing does not happen

- On-boarding of DSA and other Direct channels

- Ensure Mis-selling does not happen

- Ensure correct sourcing for both channels and customers

- Conduct Underwriting upto 1 crore

- Empanelment of DSA's

- Relationship management with channel partners through regular visits, trainings etc

- Review of the proposal / profiles for - CAM, documentation, legal, technical, financial statements

- Personal discussion with the customer and preparation of the PD note

- Preparation of a proposal note along with CAM and PD

- Approval or recommending proposal ( based on authority matrix)

- Achieve business numbers with expected IRR, fees and cross sell

- Delinquency analysis and intervention in 0-30 dpd cases

- Completion of loan documentation

Knowledge / Experience :

Basic understanding of Self-employed customer's financials

- Knowledge of Loan eligibility for customers

- Basic knowledge of Documentation

- Basic knowledge of Property - Legal and Technical

- Basic knowledge of Regulatory norms

Educational Qualifications: MBA or Equivalent

Relevant and total years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience
