Business Manager - Sales - Medical Devices (2-8 yrs)
We have an Urgent Opening for Business Manager in Mumbai (Thane). (Candidates must have experience from Diagnostics Firm or experience in selling medical devices to Doctors).
JD as follows :
- Identifying potential Doctors for Promotion.
- Managing sales through effective coverage of targeted Doctors, Pharmacy, Hospitals & Key accounts
- Carrying out CRM activities as per promotion plan
- Managing customer database & to ensure effective coverage for TGT achievement
- Ensuring prompt and correct reporting through software and providing quality feedback for improvisation of strategy
- Identifying stockiest for uncovered & new areas
- Implementation of Sales & MKT strategies.
- Ensure timely recovery of money & avoid bad debts.
- Competitors & own strategy feedback to management.
- Co-Ordination with logistics & operations
- Following of SOP's set by the Company.
- Timely reporting
- Market research and collecting competitor's information.
- Resolving issues of dealers and distributors.
- Customer service.
