- Coaching and Issue resolution
- Shadowing and coaching SE on ground
- Daily discussion on issues SE are facing and resolution solutions
- Lead generation / BTL activities
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities
- Plan and execute influencer engagement activities
- Lead allocation to SE
- Review
- Conduct SE reviews on daily basis-Discuss visits made, issues faced, orders booked
- Conduct in-depth SE review of SE
- Prepare for and attend weekly, fortnightly & monthly review with SM, SH/CSM, etc.
- Training
- Conduct training for SE
- Conduct training for dealers
- Consumer visit
- Visit all consumers identified for BM intervention by SE
- Dealer visit
- Visit dealers with low performance in Pravesh, and resolve issues and encourage dealers to improve performance
